• Description :

  PF-8380 is a potent and specific inhibitor of Autotaxin (ATX) (IC₅₀ = 2.8 nM). Modulates lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) levels in vivo and in vitro by directly inhibiting autotaxin. Autotaxin (ATX) is a secreted enzyme having lysophospholipase D activity.
