  NS-1643 is a hERG (Human ether-a-go-go related gene) K⁺channel activator with EC₅₀ of 10.5 μM. It shows antiarrhythmic activity in vitro and exhibits different molecular mechanisms of action at KV11.1 (hERG1) and KV11.2 (hERG2) channel.
