    Cell-permeable. MRL-24 displays high affinity for PPARĪ³ with excellent anti-diabetic activity in mice but poor PPARĪ³ agonist activity in transcription and adipogenesis assays. Highly effective (30 nM) at blocking Cdk5-mediated phosphorylation of PPARĪ³.
