Recognizes human IL-1F10. In direct ELISAs and Western Blots, this antibody shows approximately 50% crossreactivity with rmIL-1F10 and no crossreactivity with rhIL-1, rhIL-1, rhIL-1ra, rhIL-18, rhIL-1F5, rhIL-1F6, rhIL-1F7, rhIL-1F8, or rhIL-1F9.

Form

Supplied as a lyophilized powder in PBS, 5% trehalose. Reconstitution: Reconstitute with sterile PBS. If 0.2ml of PBS is used, the antibody concentration will be 500ug/ml.
Storage_stability

Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Description

The antagonist receptor ligand binding will be in contrast with agonist activity. MyBioSource produces more antagonist and receptor related products as 1.
