  CD16 This item binds specifically to the leucocyte low affinity Fc receptor (Fc RIII), also known as CD16. The antigen is expressed by neutrophils, NK cells, K cells and a subpopulation of macrophages. It recognises a 50-70 kD leucocyte surface antigen.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
