Background of the target antigenTNF receptor associated factor 7 (TRAF7) is an E3 ubiquitin ligase capable of auto ubiquination, following phosphorylation by MAP3K3. TRAF7 potentiates MEKK3 mediated activation of the NFkappaB, JUN/AP1 and DDIT3 transcriptional regulators. TRAF7 induces apoptosis when over expressed.
-
Purification methodThis antibody was purified via Protein A.
-
Storage conditionsKeep the antibody in aqueous buffered solution containing 1% BSA, 50% glycerol and 0.09% sodium azide. Store at -20°C for up to 1 year.
-
Synonym namesE3 ubiquitin protein ligase TRAF7; RFWD1; Ring finger and WD repeat domain 1; RING finger protein 119; RNF119; TNF receptor associated factor 7; TRAF7_HUMAN.
