Storage
For long term storage, keep the Recombinant Human cytomegalovirus Enhanced green fluorescent protein(egfp) frozen at -20 or -80 degrees Celsius. Working aliquots can be stored at +4C for a few weeks. We recommend cycles of freezing and thawing to be avoided, as they will most certainly denaturate the polypeptide chains of the protein.
-
Shipping
The Human cytomegalovirus Enhanced green fluorescent protein(egfp) is shipped on ice packs.

Conjugate
The Green Fluorescent Protein (eGFP) of Recombinant cytomegalovirus Enhanced protein( ) can be excited at 488 nanometers with a peak emission at 509 nanometers and is detected in the FL1 detector on the FACSCalibur or FACScan. The LSRII and all of the core's sorter flow cytometers can tell the difference between at the same time/together expressing eGFP and eYFP cells when the proper optical filters and experimental controls exist.

Description
Fluorescent microspheres, beads and particles applications including blood flow determination, tracing, fluorimetry, in vivo imaging and calibration of imaging and flow cytometry instruments. Because our fluorescent dyes are incorporated in the bead and not just on the surface, they are relatively immune to photo bleaching and other environmental factors. Spheres are in difference sizes and fluorescences, high intensity, FITC, GFP, red, green, yellow, light yellow, sky blue, blue, orange, deep-red, Nile-red, purple, mcherry. The diameter of the spheres is usually higher than 50nm and in the micrometer um range.

Properties
Human proteins, cDNA and human recombinants are used in human reactive ELISA kits and to produce anti-human mono and polyclonal antibodies. Modern humans (Homo sapiens, primarily ssp. Homo sapiens sapiens). Depending on the epitopes used human ELISA kits can be cross reactive to many other species. Mainly analyzed are human serum, plasma, urine, saliva, human cell culture supernatants and biological samples.
