• Description:

  The cells are phagocytic (for both latex beads and sensitized erythrocytes) and lack surface and cytoplasmic immunoglobulin. Monocytic differentiation can be induced with the phorbol ester 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate (TPA).
