• Description:

  Human Caucasian colon adenocarcinoma. Established from a grade III adenocarcinoma of the bowel of a 51 year old Caucasian female. The cells produce CEA and are tumorigenic in nude mice. Electron microscopy reveals prominent golgi apparatus.
