• Source:

  Chickens were immunized with purified Human Serum Albumin. Antibodies were isolated from immune eggs, affinity purified on a Human Serum Albumin column and conjugated to N- hydroxysuccinimide (NHS)-activated agarose beads. Beads were washed extensively with after the blocking of the residual NHS sites.
