C57BL/10J Mouse Heart Cells

• Description:

  Mouse primary cardiac cells (MPCACs) are isolated from tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice. MPCACs are mixed population of mouse cardiac cells grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 1 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days.
