A 10 x concentration of TBE (Tris-Borate-EDTA) Buffer contains: 108 g/l Tris 55 g/l Boric Acid 7 g/l EDTA TBE Buffer is optimized for DNA electrophoresis techniques using both acrylamide and agarose. The TBE Buffer has a greater buffering capacity and high ionic strength.
