CF®488A Rabbit Anti-V5

• Description:

  Polyclonal rabbit anti-V5 tag (GKPIPNPLLGLDST) is designed to detect V5 tagged fusion proteins. The V5 epitope tag is derived from a small epitope (Pk) present on the P and V proteins of the paramyxovirus of simian virus 5 (SV5). The antibody recognizes the epitope tag fused to either the amino- or carboxy- termini of targeted proteins. This product is prepared by labeling high quality polyclonal rabbit anti-V5 antibody with CF®488A dye. CF® dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Green fluorescent CF®488A dye has excitation/emission at 490/515 nm.
