Description
Alefacept (BG 9273) is a recombinant fusion protein of human LFA-3 and IgG1 Fc. It is a research tool for investigating chronic plaque psoriasis, with applications in studying T-cell modulation in both in vitro assays and in vivo models of autoimmune skin disease.
