Description
Dusigitumab (MEDI573) is a fully human monoclonal antibody targeting both IGF1 and IGF2. It inhibits IGF-1R phosphorylation with IC50 values of 0.97 μg/mL and 0.2 μg/mL against IGF1 and IGF2, respectively. This agent is utilized in cancer research, including in vitro cell signaling studies and in vivo xenograft models.
