Description
Ontorpacept (TTI-621) is a CD47-blocking fusion protein consisting of the human SIRPα N-terminal domain linked to an IgG1 Fc region. It acts as a checkpoint inhibitor to promote macrophage phagocytosis, demonstrating antitumor activity in both in vitro assays and in vivo xenograft models for oncology research.
