Description
VIP236 is a small-molecule-drug conjugates (SMDCs) consisting of an αvβ3 integrin binder linked to an optimized Camptothecin topoisomerase I (TOP1) inhibitor payload. VIP236 exerts anticancer activity by targeting αvβ3 integrins, and it can release payload upon cleavage by neutrophil elastase in the tumor microenvironment[1].
