PDGF-BB Recombinant

• Description :

  Recombinant PDGF-BB is a disulfide-linked  homodimeric protein consisting of a two 109 amino acid residue subunits, and migrates as an approximately 32 kDa protein under non-reducing and 16 kDa under reducing conditions. Optimized DNA sequence encoding human PDGF-BB mature chain was expressed inSaccharomyces cerevisiaecells.
