Human fibronectin 1 (FN1, also known as CD36), Genbank Accession number X02761.1, a.a. 2175 - 2386 with a C-terminal His-tag, expressed in an HEK293 cell expression system. MW =28 kDa. This protein migrates at a higher than expected molecular weight due to glycosylation.
