CA13 Antibody / Carbonic Anhydrase XIII
- Description: Carbonic anhydrase 13 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CA13 gene. Carbonic anhydrases (CAs) are a family of zinc metalloenzymes that catalyze the interconversion between carbon dioxide and water and the dissociated ions of carbonic acid (i.e. bicarbonate and hydrogen ions).
- CAS Number: 9007-83-4
- UniProt: Q8N1Q1
- Host: Rabbit
- Immunogen: Amino acids RLSWGYREHNGPIHWKEFFP from the human protein were used as the immunogen for the CA13 antibody.
- Clonality: Polyclonal
- Isotype: IgG
- Applications: WB, IHC-P, FACS
- Format: Antigen affinity purified
- Buffer: 0.5mg/ml if reconstituted with 0.2ml sterile DI water
- Reconstitution: After reconstitution, the CA13 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Limitations: This CA13 antibody is available for research use only.
