RND1 Antibody / Rho-related GTP-binding protein Rho6
- Description: RND1 is a small signaling G protein (to be specific, a GTPase), and is a member of the Rnd subgroup of the Rho family of GTPases. Members of this family regulate the organization of the actin cytoskeleton in response to extracellular growth factors. A similar protein in rat interacts with a microtubule regulator to control axon extension. The RND1 gene is mapped to chromosome 12q12-q13.
- CAS Number: 9007-83-4
- UniProt: Q92730
- Host: Rabbit
- Immunogen: A recombinant human protein corresponding to amino acids K105-C229 was used as the immunogen for the RND1 antibody.
- Clonality: Polyclonal
- Isotype: IgG
- Applications: WB
- Format: Antigen affinity purified
- Buffer: 0.5mg/ml if reconstituted with 0.2ml sterile DI water
- Reconstitution: After reconstitution, the RND1 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Limitations: This RND1 antibody is available for research use only.
