  Chickens were immunized with highly purified IgG from normal Human serum. After multiple immunizations, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. The Fab-specific fraction was immunoaffinity- purified and the anti- Fab was then conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
