Applications Notes
Further information: PHAP I antibody can be used for detection of PHAP I by Western blot at 1 ug/mL. A band at approximately 32 kDa can be detected. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 2 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 2 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human, mouse, and rat samples; Immunohistochemistry in mouse samples and Immunofluorescence in mouse samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: 32 kDa
