CD30 Ligand / TNFSF8 Recombinant Protein
Background:
CD30 ligand (CD30L) and CD30 are interacting cellsurface glycoproteins that are members of the tumour necrosis factor (TNF) and tumour necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) superfamilies. In humans, CD30L is expressed at high levels on activated T cells. There is conflicting evidence with regard to cell surface expression of CD30L on primary human B cells. An initial report of constitutive CD30L expression on peripheral blood B cells33 has not been substantiated.NCBI Gene ID:

Lyophilized Protein should be stored at -20˚ C or lower for long term storage. Upon reconstitution, working aliquots should be stored at -20˚ C or -70˚ C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.Calculated Molecular Weight:
46.5 kDaApplications Notes:
This protein carries a mouse IgG2a Fc tag at the N-terminus. The protein has a calculated MW of 46.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 55-66 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.NCBI Official Name:
