Streptavidin (AP-Linked)

• Storage Conditions :

  Keep the product at 2-8 °C with sterile condition for up to 3 months as an undiluted liquid. "DO NOT FREEZE". Prepare working dilution fresh each day. For long term storage, add an equal amount of glycerol, mix and stored at -20 °C. Alternatively, the product may be aliquoted and stored at -70 °C or below without adding glycerol. Avoid freezing and thawing frequently.

• Specificity :

  The streptavidin is labeled by Alkaline Phosphatase (AP). The AP is purified from calf intestine. The antibody can be used for detecting Biotin.
