Applications Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000.Western Blot:Approx 21kDa band observed in Human Brain (Cerebellum) lysates (calculated MW of 22.1kDa according to NP_058055.1) . Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on Mouse and Rat Brain for this particular batch.
