Applications Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.Western Blot:Approx 40kDa band observed in lysates of cell line NIH3T3 (calculated MW of 34.6kDa according to NP_082292.1) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Zbinden et al, EMBO J. 2010 Aug 4;29 (15) :2659-74. PMID: 20581802) . Recommended concentration: 0.5-2μg/mL.
