Applications Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:4000.Western Blot:Approx 35kDa band observed in Mouse Brain lysates (calculated MW of f 33.8kDa according to Mouse NP_034264.1) . Recommended concentration: 0.1-1μg/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature. Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in the nuclei of HEK293 cells. Recommended concentration: 10μg/ml.
