Applications Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Western Blot:Approx 80kDa band observed in Mouse Ovary lysates (calculated MW of 78.4kDa according to NP_001025031.2) . Recommended concentration: 0.3-1μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on Human, Rat and Pig Testis, and Human Ovary for this particular batch.
