Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.Western Blot:Approx 40-45kDa band observed in A549, lung epithelial (lung carcinoma) lysates (calculated MW of 52.2 kDa according to NP_004722) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings with different antibodies from other commercial sources. Recommended concentration: 1-3μg/mL.Immunohistochemistry:Paraffin embedded Human Testis. Recommended concentration: 2.5μg/mL.
