Applications Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western Blot: Approx 28kDa band observed in lysates of cell line A431 and in Rat Kidney lysates (calculated MW of 29.1kDa according to Human NP_005976.2 and Rat NP_446257.1) . Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3ug/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature. This product has been successfully used in WB on Rat. Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin embedded Human Kidney. Recommended concentration: 5ug/ml. This product has been successfully used in IHC on Rat.
