Applications Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000.Western Blot:Approx 38kDa band observed in Rat Kidney and Testis lysates (calculated MW of 39.9kDa according to NP_078946.1) . Recommended concentration: 1-3μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on Mouse, Human and Pig Testis and HEK293 cell line for this particular batch.
