Applications Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.Western Blot:Preliminary experiments gave an approx 40kDa band in Human Brain lysate at 0.3 μg/mL. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the predicted size of approx. 46kDda according to NP_071761.Immunohistochemistry:Paraffin embedded Human Colon. Recommended concentration: 5μg/mL.
