Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.Western Blot:Approx 90kDa band observed in Human Brain (Cerebellum), Human Heart and Human Ovary and Mouse Brain lysates (calculated MW of 91.7kDa according to NP_060676.2) . Recommended concentration: 1.0-3.0μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on Rat Brain for this particular batch.Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in the cytoplasm of U2OScells. Recommended concentration: 10μg/mL.
