Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.Western Blot:Approx 80kDa band observed in lysates of cell line HeLa (calculated MW of 69.8kDa according to NP_003352.2) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Williams et al, Hum Mol Genet. 2009 Aug 15;18 (16) :2963-74. PMID: 19465746) . Recommended concentration: 0.3-1μg/mL.
