Applications Notes
Caspase-12 (small) antibody can be used for the detection of both the propeptide and cleaved forms of caspase-12 by Western blot at 1 μg/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 10 μg/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in mouse and rat samples and Immunohistochemistry in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested.
