S 1432 is a central nervous system depressant with anticonvulsant and muscle relaxant effects. S 1432 significantly reduces acetylcholine levels in the striatum inhibits convulsions induced by pentylenetetrazol. S 1432 can be used in the development of psychotropic drugs[1].
