Anagrelide hydrochloride monohydrate decreases gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) cell proliferation and promotes their apoptosis in vitro. Anagrelide hydrochloride monohydrate is a platelet-lowering agent and plays in the antithrombopoietic action[1][2][3].
