Killer cell immunoglobulin like receptor, three Ig domains and long cytoplasmic tail 2 (KIR3DL2) Homo sapiens Killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptors (KIRs) are transmembrane glycoproteins expressed by natural killer cells and subsets of T cells.
