• Description:

  PRMT4/CARM1 Inhibitor is highly selective in blocking the activity of Protein Arginine Methyltransferase 4/Coactivator-Associated Arginine Methyltransferase 1. The IC₅₀ value of inhibition is 7.1 µM. In human prostate adenocarcinoma cancer LNCaP cells, PRMT4/CARM1 inhibitor showed a significant dose-dependent reduction of the prostate-specific antigen promoter activity, at concentrations that did not affect cell viability.
