Description
Panduratin A, a natural chalcone compound, is a PPAR-α/δ activator. Panduratin A induces apoptosis, and promotes cell cycle arrest at G0/G1 phase in multiple hematologic malignant cell lines. Panduratin A has anticancer, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antibiofilm activities[1][2].
