- Assay Principle: Indirect immunofluorescence,ELISA,Dot blot,Immunoblotting. Haemolytic titre, at which 50% lysis occurs following mixing of equal volumes of antiserum, guinea pig complement (at a 1:60 dilution) and 5x108 RBC/mL, not less than 1:3,000 when tested with sheep erythrocytes.
- Form: Purified hyperimmune rabbit IgG lyophilized from a solution in phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7,2); No preservative added Homologous proteins of different species frequently share antigenic determinants. Cross-reactivity has; Not been tested; Reconstitute the lyophilized antiserum by adding 1 mL sterile distilled water
