Description

Buffer C1 is a high-salt binding buffer formulated to promote efficient adsorption of plasmid or genomic DNA onto silica membranes or magnetic beads during purification. It typically contains chaotropic salts such as guanidine hydrochloride or guanidine thiocyanate, along with buffering agents that maintain optimal pH for nucleic acid binding.
