• Description :

  Estradiol 3-methyl ether is a synthetic estrogen. Estradiol 3-methyl ether can disrupt microtubule networks in V79 cells with an EC50 of 9 μM, as well as inhibiting cell proliferation. Estradiol 3-methyl ether decreases the serum cholesterol levels and increases body weight loss, which indicates feminizing activity in HFD murine model[1][2].
