Description
(±) -Butaclamol hydrochloride (AY-23,028) is the antagonist for adrenergic receptor and dopamine receptor. (±) -Butaclamol hydrochloride antagonizes amphetamine or Apomorphine -induced stereotyped behaviors and emesis, inhibits discriminative avoidance behavior, and induces catalepsy in rats models[1].
