• Description :

  JOSD2-IN-1 (Compound 31) is a covalent JOSD2 inhibitor with an IC50 value of 1.95 μM. JOSD2-IN-1 inhibits JOSD2, thereby down-regulating KRAS expression. JOSD2-IN-1 exhibits significant anti-proliferative activity against HCT116 cells. JOSD2-IN-1 can be used for research on colorectal cancer[1].
