Psicose regulates mitochondrial function by increasing G6P activity. Psicose enhances antioxidant enzyme activity and reduces oxidative stress markers. Psicose reduces plasma triglycerides and total cholesterol. Psicose can improve muscle fiber size and reduce fibrosis. Psicose can be used for research on sarcopenia[1].
