• Description :

  SDZ89-485 is an orally active triazole antifungal agent. The peak concentration of SDZ89-485 is lower, but it exhibits a stronger anti-sporofungus effect in the mouse model than Fluconazole (HY-B0101) with a higher peak concentration. SDZ89-485 can be used in studies on anti-sporofungus[1].
