Bioactivity
Chlorophosphonazo III is an agent sensitive to both calcium and magnesium. It allows for the specific determination of calcium at a pH of 2.2 and both calcium and magnesium at a pH of 7.0. Additionally, Chlorophosphonazo III is utilized in spectrophotometric determination of titanium, zirconium, thorium, scandium, pentavalent actinides, and protactinium.
