  SGN-30 is a chimeric antibody derived from the mouse anti-human CD30 antibody AC10, consisting of the variable region of AC10 and the constant regions of the human ? 1 heavy chain and ? light chain. SGN-30 can induce apoptosis in cancer cells and block the cell cycle, and is used in research on Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) and anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) .
